Columbus Regulations

Columbus MS explicitly allows STRs citywide with conditional permitting through Planning Commission approval, which involves moderate costs and a known compliance process. The main challenges are the public hearing requirement with 160-foot neighbor notification creating potential for community opposition, plus standard business licensing and tax registration obligations, but no meaningful caps or prohibitive restrictions.
