Pickens Regulations

Pickens County explicitly allows STRs countywide with a straightforward online registration and clear tax remittance rules, and no caps are mentioned, but operators must verify zoning and handle state/local taxes with monthly remittance and a 5% late penalty; active enforcement via a third‑party monitor adds moderate compliance cost.
