Angleton Regulations

Angleton has no dedicated STR ordinance, effectively permitting STRs citywide under general zoning and Texas law, but investors must satisfy zoning verification, possible business registration, home‑occupation limits (e.g., 25% floor‑area cap), and standard state hotel‑occupancy tax registration; compliance is known and manageable, with moderate fees and no explicit caps, but enforcement risk remains via zoning and home‑occupation rules.
